Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Arkansas Boulevard Church of Christ in Texarkana, Arkansas. Obituary: Jordan Swint McDaniel passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012, in Texarkana, Arkansas. He was 24. Jordan was born February 9, 1988 in Texarkana, Texas. He was a Salesman in the Electronics Industry and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his mother, Michelle Swint McDaniel of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandmother, Doris “Dot” Swint of Texarkana, Arkansas; a daughter, Lily Kate McDaniel of Texarkana, Texas; his fiance, April Scrivner of Texarkana, Arkansas; a brother, Sean McDaniel of Spring, Texas; and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Services will be 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 7, 2012, at Arkansas Boulevard Church of Christ in Texarkana, Arkansas, with Billy Blakeney and David Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Woodmen Cemetery in De Kalb, Texas under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Arkansas Boulevard Church of Christ in Texarkana, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to De Kalb Woodmen Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 331, De Kalb, Texas 75559.
